The opposition in crisis-hit Venezuela said Thursday that proposed mediated talks with the government must focus on a recall referendum against President Nicolas Maduro.
"The first item on the agenda of any process of serious dialogue in Venezuela right now must be how to get rid of obstacles... to this constitutional right," the MUD opposition coalition in control of congress said in a statement.
