The head of the Organization of American States called Venezuela's President Nicolas Maduro a "traitor" to his people Wednesday and warned he will become a "little dictator" if he impedes a recall referendum. "To deny the people the vote, to deny them the possibility of deciding, you become one more little dictator, like so many the continent has had before," OAS Secretary General Luis Almagro wrote in an open letter. |
