Nadia El Gendy to be back next Ramadan

The Egyptian actress Nadia El Gendy is preparing her new soap opera \"El Hob Wa El Slah\" (Love and Weapon) after being absent from the Egyptian scene for two years. Nadia said to Arabstoday: \"I will be back on television next Ramadan. The storyline is inspired from the writer Adel Hamouda about national security being threatened, weapon trafficking and corruption within the government.\" She added: \"Smuggling weapons after 25 January revolution has become more frequent and more dangerous. But The drama itself does not mention the revolution.\" Mentioning that the soap opera is directed by Nader Galal and produced by Mohamed Mokhtar.
