At least 19 police conscripts were slightly injured Thursday in a car accident in Shobra el Kheima due to bad weather conditions.
The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital and left it after receiving the necessary treatment.
The accident occurred when a police vehicle crashed into a tree due to bad weather conditions.
Meanwhile, Sharqiya governorate witnessed heavy rains accompanied by cold wave.
The bad weather brought the traffic movement to a halt. Also, a power shortage hit several villages of the governorate.
