The Department of Meteorology warning that today strong winds and rough seas with expected thunderstorms at times. Wind speed will be northwesterly to northerly 08 to 18/25 kt inshore and 18 to 28/35 kt offshore. Visibility will be 05 to 10 km. The sea state will be between 2 to3/4 ft inshore and 7 to 9/11 ft offshore, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily report.
