Aden petroleum refinery, whose capacity hits 150,000 barrels daily, was closed due to the deteriorating security conditions, as well as clashes taking place between the Yemenis and Houthis loyal to the former Yemeni president.
Well-placed sources said that it will be difficult to deliver oil shipments if buyers and sellers do not agree about the offered quantities.
