Dr. Mirza met a number of employees, and was briefed on the centre’s work mechanisms and the obstacles facing them, and discussed with them ways of improving work systems. He noted that EWA spares no effort to provide the best services for the customers through issuing paper or e-bills. The Minister of State was accompanied by the CEO of EWA Shaikh Nawaf bin Ibrahim bin Hamad Al Khalifa. Deputy CEO for Distribution and Customer Services Adnan Mohammed Fakhro, Deputy Chief Executive for Administrative & Financial Affairs Ahmed Ali Basheer, Director of Customer Services Khalid Al-Muhannadi, Director of Information Systems Adeeb Al-Mutawaa, and a number of EWA’s officials.
