Information Affairs Authority President Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al-Khalifa affirmed IAA resolve to promote human resources, enhance employees’ professional and creative competence and keep them abreast of media strides. “This is the cornerstone of the IAA development plans and programmes to empower official mainstream media to compete efficiently in addressing national issues”, he said. He was speaking at the end of two training courses which started on September 23 and concluded on October4. French Ambassador to Bahrain French Christian Testot also attended the final ceremony. Fourteen IAA employees took part in the two-week training courses which focused on radio programme preparation and voice technicalities.
