Jill Duggar shows off baby bump at beach

Jill Duggar shows off her baby bump in a new photo posted Thursday.
The 23-year-old reality star looks happy and very pregnant in a picture husband Derick Dillard shared on Instagram. The snapshot was taken on the beaches of El Salvador, where the couple were working with other Duggar family members.
"Headed back to the USA," Dillard captioned the photo. "Praise God for the work He is doing in El Salvador. #babydillysfirstmissiontrip."
Duggar first met Dillard while he was working as a missionary in Nepal in 2013. The couple got engaged in April, and married in Springdale, Ark., in June. The newlyweds announced they are expecting their first child in August.
Duggar and her family currently star on TLC reality series 19 Kids & Counting. The program follows devout Independent Baptists Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar and their 19 children, whose ages range from 4 to 26.
