Stephen Colbert
New York - UPI
The website and social-media accounts for The Late Show with Stephen Colbert are now live, CBS announced.
The successor to Late Show with David Letterman is set to premiere Sept. 8, but fans can learn more about the chat show via ColbertLateShow.com, the Colbr App for iOS, and the show's Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Google+ accounts.
"Say what you will about the Internet, I think it's here to stay!" Colbert joked in a statement Wednesday. "Launching ColbertLateShow.com puts me in the same league as Google.com, Facebook.com and ferretfancier.blogspot.com!"
The former star of The Colbert Report discusses his preparation for his new Late Show gig -- and shaves off his white "Colbeard" -- in an inaugural video posted on the upcoming program's YouTube channel.

to 'eternal style' of late Alaia
Paris - Emiratesvoice
Two months after legendary designer Azzedine Alaia's sudden death plunged the fashion world into mourning, an exhibition in homage to the "King of Cling" opens Monday in his studios in Paris.
