Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of International Cooperation and Development, MICAD, and Laila Bukhari, Secretary of State at the Norwegian Prime Minister's office and her accompanying delegation, have discussed ways to enhance cooperation and partnership relations between the UAE and Norway in various education issues.
