There are reports that many private schools collected huge amount of money from parents for nursery-admissions by admitting children as ‘siblings’ of those already in their schools. It is noteworthy that siblings get extra points for school-admissions according to guidelines laid down.Directorate of Education (Delhi Government) should take urgent necessary steps to scrutinize forms of all those admitted in nursery-classes much before start of education-session. Not only such admissions should be cancelled, but also those found guilty including parents and schools should be punished and penalized.
