UOB hosts GCC universities chancellors meeting

The University of Bahrain (UOB)'s Dean of Scientific Research Dr. Isa Salman Qamber reviewed the University's experience in advancing academic research.
This came recently during the seventh seminar organised titled "Academic Research: Challenges and Ambitions" on the side-lines of the 20th Meeting of Chancellors and Directors of GCC Universities and Higher educational Institutions.
Professor Qamber in his speech at the seminar highlighted the university's initiatives and programmes aimed to boost academic research according to the Comprehensive Development Plan under the University's Five-year Plan.
Researchers from GCC universities presented other work papers.
The seminar culminated in various recommendations regarding the dimensions of finance, incentive, higher studies, output, etc.
