Iran, 8th world state with complete cycle of space technology

Iran is the 8th world country which has succeeded to develop a complete cycle of space technology, Minister of Communications and Information Technology Reza Taqipour said Saturday evening. “All grounds are prepared now for Iran to become the first state in the region which has developed space technology,” said the minister in a local scientific meeting here. He added that Iran\'s activities in the field of space technology have started since 15 years ago. Taqipour expressed hope that the technology would further promote and be exported should regional and international grounds were apt.
