Sehnawi: lowering internet fee boosts telecommunications sector

Minister of Telecommunications, Nicolas Sehnawi, said "lowering the internet fee decree will boost the telecommunications sector," confirming that the decree will be followed by a group of updating and developmental projects. Sehnawi's remarks came during his patronage to an Iftar held by Nokia Siemens Network yesterday (Monday) at Le Gray Hotel. He added that the decree would be a first step in an ambitious plan to move with the telecommunications sector to the class of leading countries in this field.
