Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, in the presence of Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of ARRA, yesterday launched the ARRA website and viewed the newly designed ownership certificates being issued by ARRA for the owners of units in the real estate projects and investment buildings in the Emirate of Ajman. "Issuance of new Ownership Certificates with high security features comes as part of ARRA's efforts to develop its services including electronic and smart services to keep up with the growing property sector and achieve the vision of our wise leadership," said Yafea Al Faraj, Executive Director of Ajman Real Estate Regulatory Agency (ARRA). "It is also part of ARRA's continuous efforts to provide services to the customers according to the highest international and security standards," he continued. "As of December 10th, 2013 ARRA has proceeded to issue the redesigned ownership certificates using paper with high security features and property-related codes," he added. Regarding the old ownership certificates, Al Faraj said the title certificates issued before this date will remain valid documents.
