
German automaker BMW has launched ‘BMW Mobi,’ which is an optimized website for mobile devices and desktop and its iDrive control system in Arabic in Kuwait. The iDrive control system in Arabic has up to a 10.2- inch control display with standardised menu guidance that grants easy access to the radio/CD, telecommunication functions and satellite navigation. The interface for the satellite navigation system comprising maps, menus, directions, data entry and voice guidance are provided in Arabic, and also includes an option to switch to English and other languages. The system is available as a standard feature for most BMW models fitted with navigation. The BMW Mobi in Arabic features the capability of offering customers a 360-degree view of any BMW vehicle to enable users to view a car from various angles. It allows users to choose the colour and additional design packages of the car that best suit their preference and have a preview of how it looks like using a visualiser function. An overview of all the technical data of any BMW vehicle, insights about its design, driving comfort and safety features is also available through BMW Mobi, besides exclusive wallpapers and ringtones.
