Banks' daily FX turnover falls slightly in third quarter in South Korea

Foreign exchange (FX) turnover by banks in South Korea declined in the third quarter from three months earlier as currency swaps and other currency-related trading fell, the central bank said Friday.
The daily FX turnover averaged US$44.66 billion in the July-September period, down 0.2 percent, or $110 million, from three months earlier, according to the Bank of Korea (BOK).
