Both events were held in Abu Dhabi. Noor received the STAR AWARD for the “Best Complaint Management and Service Recovery in the Private Sector”, at the 3rd UAE Customer Service Week summit, and the “Most Improved Call Center” award, at the 2012 Bank Benchmarking Index (BBI) Awards.
