OAPEC to meet in Kuwait October 11

Executive Bureau of the Organization of Arab Oil Producing Countries (OAPEC) will hold its 139th meeting in Kuwait on October 11-12.
The meeting will group representatives of the bureau member states and will be chaired by Hassan Al-Rafeei of Iraq, the chairman of the 2014 session, the head of the ministerial council and the executive office, according to an OAPEC statement released on Thursday.
The meeting agenda includes discussions about OAPEC's projected budget for 2015, choosing a theme for the scientific research to be granted the 2015 award and preparations for the 10th Arab Energy Conference, due in Abu Dhabi, the UAE, on December 21-23.
