Prices of oil forward deals rise
Crude oil imports
Kuala Lumpur - KUNA
Prices of forward transactions of the American light crude oil, for September's delivery, rose in Asian trades by 0.94 percent, reaching USD 98.25 per barrel.
The Brent crudes' prices, also for September's delivery, climbed 0.74 percent to USD 106.66 pb.
The hike of these crudes' prices coincided with reports about possible US airstrikes on Islamic militants in the north of Iraq, one of the world' main oil suppliers.
