Upon the directives of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, for providing assistance to the brotherly people of Egypt, the third and fourth shipments of Qatari Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) was loaded at Ras Laffan port, to alleviate the energy crisis Egypt has been facing during the summer season, an official source at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated on Thursday. The LNG carrier carrying the third shipment has already left Ras Laffan port early today and the LNG carrier laden with the fourth shipment is expected to leave the port later on Thursday evening, the source said in a statement carried by Qatar News Agency (QNA).
