Crude oil prices held under $96 through the weekend in New York while export news remained steady. Lower exports from Saudi Arabia in the past month have been offset by increased shipments from Angola. On the New York Mercantile Exchange, West Texas Intermediate crude oil lost 24 cents to $95.70 per barrel. Gasoline prices dropped 0.72 cents to $2.8968 a gallon. Home heating oil dropped 0.17 cents to $2.9259 a gallon. Natural gas gained 6.9 cents to reach $4.128 per million British thermal units. At the pump, the average price of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline was $3.653 Monday, up from Sunday's $3.649, the AAA Fuel Gauge Report said
