He added that children have the lion's share in the NCCAL's plans that support talented and creative ones. He hoped such events will be held through the year.
Al-Youha appreciated efforts by Minister of Information and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Salem Al-Humoud Al-Sabah, backing children's events and activities.
For his part, Assistant Secretary General for Cultural Affairs at NCCAL Bader Al-Duwaish highlighted the Council's keenness on promoting children's talents through cultural activities.
The NNCAL hosts specialists in developing children's culture and capabilities, both Kuwaitis and foreign ones, out of belief in the role of culture and arts to form a child's awareness and character as well as unleashing creativity.
