DM honours memorizers of Holy Quran

Dubai Municipality recently honoured its employees who won the Holy Quran memorization contest, which was organized under the supervision of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department, Dubai. Khalid Ali Bin Zayed, Director of Human Resources Department said the department conducts such internal activities and competitions aiming at encouraging employees in their areas of interest and extracurricular activities, which can boost their level of confidence in both professional and social life. The judges included Abdullah Abdul Hadi, an international judge, who examined the participants from the labour accommodation in Al Muhasina 2. The Human Resources Department of Dubai Municipality holds these contests in all employees\' accommodation camps on yearly basis.
