GCC culture ministers to meet on Wednesday

GCC Culture Ministers will hold their 18th meeting here next Wednesday, October 10th, 2012. Assistant GCC Secretary-General for Cultural and Media Affairs said that the meeting will discuss ways of consolidating the joint GCC cultural action, transferring the GCC Strategic Strategy into practical programmes, cooperation with Turkey, ASEAN countries, European Union, Russian and China through exchange of cultural functions and programmes and linking GCC cultural institutions and national libraries electronically. The meeting will be preceded by a meeting of the General Cultural Committee today, Saturday and that of the GCC Cultural Ministries\' Undersecretaries, on Monday, October 8th.
