Iran, Palestine to boost cultural ties

Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Hosseini said here on Tuesday that Iran and Palestine are to foster artistic and cultural ties. He told IRNA that Iran is ready to make films on the Gaza 22-day war to show the Palestinians’ resistance against the oppressors. Such films can strengthen relations between the two states, stressed Hosseini. Referring to a meeting with his Palestinian counterpart Ibrahim Al Madhoun on Monday, Hosseini said expansion of bilateral cultural relations was among issues discussed by the two ministers.
