Madina governor chairs meeting of architectural heritage forum

In the presence of Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, President of Saudi Commission for Tourism and Antiquities, Prince Faisal bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Madinah Region and the Chairman of Steering Committee of the 3rd National Architectural Heritage Forum chaired here yesterday the 1st meeting of the Committee of the Forum due to be organized by the Commission from 7 to 11/12/2013 in Madinah within its events as the Capital of Islamic Culture for 2013.The Committee discussed a number of topics related to the Forum, particularly the approval of the names of the parties participating in the Forum, and the formation of the Executive Committee.Addressing the meeting, Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz said that the event of Madinah as the Capital of Islamic Culture for 2013 came as an important occasion to organize the annual National Architectural Heritage Forum which enjoys wider participation locally and internationally.
