The state of qatar is to participate in two international competitions of the Holy Quran the first is King Abdulaziz International Competition in Makkah al mukarramah and the second Syed Junaid Alam International award , due to be held in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Contestants Abdulrahman Mohamed Ahmed Sherif Janahi who competes for the category of keeping twentieth parts of the holy Quran with tajweed and recitation, and Abdulaziz Saeed Saad Halwan Abdullah, who keeps ten parts of the Holy Quran with tajweed and recitation, will represent the State of Qatar in the competition King Abdulaziz which begins on the second of December. The competition will witness participation of 164 constants belonging to 71 different arab and islamic countries and in five branches , namely the memorizing of the whole Quran with tajweed and interpretation and, memorizing the whole Quran with tanjweed and recitation, and keeping twentieth consecutive parts with tanjweed and recitation, and save ten consecutive parts with tanjweed and recitation and memorizing five consecutive parts with tanjweed and recitation . While competant Abdul Aziz Qassim al-Qahtani will represent Qatar in Sayed Junaid Alam International award for Holy Quran in Bahrain, which starts next week . Abdul Aziz Qassim al-Qahtani will compete in the category of memorizing the whole Quran with tajweed and good performance.
