The remodeled statue of late pope John Paul II at Rome\'s Termini Station was unveiled Monday, officials said. The statue was given a new look after experts and the public called it an eyesore and requested that it be removed, Italy\'s ANSA news agency reported. Improvements made to the statute included the face being \"remodeled completely\" to make it look more like the iconic Polish pontiff, Rome officials said. And, the cloak, which was first so wide and rigid it was dubbed a \"sentry box,\" has been moved closer into the body so that it \"drapes more naturally,\" officials said.
