Sharjah ruler to rebuild the Egyptian Academy

Ruler of Sharja Emirate and member of UAE Supreme Council Shaikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qassimi has announced his intention to rebuild the Egyptian Academy at his own expense and to provide it with books and manuscripts that were burnt in which he has a copy at his own library. Shaikh Sultan expressed at UAE daily \'\' Al Khaleej\'\' today his sadness over what happened to this great scientific complex which contained great books and witnessed rich history. He added that the Egyptian Academy is not only a scientific complex but it is the oldest and the best in the Arab nation.
