Syrian drama makers in Syria have courageously decided to face the crisis their country is going through trying to cover all of its dimensions from various aspects. Despite the many challenges, mostly imposed by the current conditions in the country, the Syrian drama this season has been able to overcome most of the difficulties to produce 30 drama series and shows varying between the categories of drama, comedy and social and satirical comedy. With many of them having taken the crisis in the country and its wide-range effects as their main point to shed light on with all stories stemming from or revolving around it, the series seem to have drawn a broad audience of various spectra of the society. However, writers and directors have handled the crisis differently as some of them have successfully tried to provide a sociological and humane insight into its dimensions and repercussions. The social, psychological and economic reflections of the crisis were focused on to try to present a mirror, even partially, of the crisis with various dimensions. Largely, the different approaches to the crisis were aimed, and some of them succeeded in that, to come up with a consensual vision of the inevitability of adherence to the homeland to the end as the only guarantor of the Syrians\' unity. Actors and actors, who gave interviews to SANA, talked about the great responsibility placed upon them and the drama makers and producers while presenting a political and social background to the events in a series, taking into account the important role TV series and shows play in shaping the public opinion at a time of broad falsification practiced by the media.
