Defence minister meets Pakistani COS

Minister of Defense and Military Production Colonel General Sedqi Sobhi met on Tuesday with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in Pakistan Lt Gen Rashad Mahmood, who is currently visiting here accompanied by a high-level delegation.
The Paksitani COS's visit to Egypt comes at an invitation from the Defense Ministry.
The meeting took up a set of files and issues of common interest, the need to coordinate efforts as regards regional developments as well as opening up new horizons for military cooperation between the two countries.
Egyptian COS Lt. General Mahmoud Hegazi and other top military commanders attended the meeting.
