‘Eid in Dubai’ unveils raft of family events to mark festivity season

The eighth edition of "Eid in Dubai – Eid Al Adha” organised by the Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), an agency of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM), runs until September 26 with a line-up of family-centric social, cultural and entertainment events.

In addition to an array of events and activities during "Eid in Dubai – Eid Al Adha”2015, residents and visitors can avail themselves of a range of unbeatable shopping deals and discounts and participate in shopping-linked raffle promotions offering fabulous prizes.

Leading shopping malls in Dubai will be extending mall hours during the Eid days. Retail outlets and leisure attractions at The Dubai Mall will be open from 10AM to 1AM and dining outlets from 10 to 2am. On the same note, malls of Majid Al Futtaim – City Centre Deira, City Centre Miridif and Mall of the Emirates will extend its shopping hours until midnight during the Eid days.

Highlights of Eid in Dubai - Eid Al Adha 2015 include Retail Promotions and the Eid Kids Carnival until September 26. There will be various attractions and participating stores.

A promotion that features an attractive retail campaign for the Toys and Entertainment sector, highlighting the period of gifting with Eid decorations, promotions, offers, meet and greets, give-aways, instant winning and much more. The carnival will feature various attractions and participation of retail outlets including Hamleys, Toys ‘R' Us, Early Learning Centre, The Toy Store, Comicave, Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, Dubai Ice Rink, Kidzania, Njoi, Reel Cinemas and Sega Republic.

‘An Eid to Remember' Promotion will be underway until October 3, Participating Malls

This promotion by member malls of the Dubai Shopping Malls Group gives shoppers the opportunity to win a total of Dhs500,000 worth of scratch & win prizes. Shoppers will be given 1 scratch-and-win raffle coupon for every purchase of Dhs200 and 1 scratch-and-win raffle coupon for every Dhs100 spent at the F&B outlets in the malls. Each winner will receive a shopping voucher worth Dhs500.

A Shop and Win Promotion will run until Sept.26, Mercato

For every Dhs200 spent at any shop or outlet in Mercato and Town Centre Jumeirah during Eid, customers will be entitled to receive one coupon for the prize draw and could win one of two nights for two families stay at JA Jebel Ali Golf Resort, Jewellery Prizes from Pure Gold, Electronics & Accessories from Virgin Mega Store or Vouchers from Nike.
