Jordan’s Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Mahmoud Freihat, met on Tuesday with Turkish Ambassador in Amman Murat Karaoz.
The meeting was held at the armed forces General Command Headquarters in Amman, the Jordanian news agency (Petra) reported.
They discussed ways of cementing ties "in a way to serve the interests of the armed forces of the two countries".
