Kobler, Canadian foreign minister discuss situation in Libya

UN Envoy to Libya Martin Kobler met on Thursday with Canadian Foreign Minister Stéphane Dion in the Canadian capital Ottawa.
They discussed how Canada could administer aid to Libya.
In a Twitter post, Kobler said he held another meeting with Canadian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Ian Shufart.
The transitional process in Libya requires a long-term support, Kobler said.
