UN envoy met Libya's presidency council member

Special Representative of the UN Secretary-General and Head of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya (UNSMIL) Martin Kobler on Sunday met with Libya's Presidency Council member Omar Al Aswad.
Aswad froze his membership in the body earlier this week over the composition of the new government of national unity.
"It was good meeting with Presidency Council member Omar Al Aswad to understand his position," Kobler tweeted Sunday.
The UN special representative gave no more details on the meeting.
