Yemen, US Secretary stressed the importance of Huthi's commitment to a cease-fire.For his part, the Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed the importance of the principle of State sovereignty and immunity, indicating that it is a fundamental principle of international law, which was established after the Treaty of Westphalia in 1600. He added that the weakening the sovereign immunity would spread chaos in the international system.
