AL hosts 88th regular session of Arab media committee Monday

The Arab League (AL) will host on Monday the 88th regular session of the Arab media standing committee.
The meeting will be held under Dr. Abdul Mohsen Farouk Elias and will be attended by AL Assistant Secretary General Haifaa Abu Ghazala.
The gathering will mainly focus on the role of the media in the fight against terrorism, the pan-Arab body said in a statement on Sunday.
The recommendations taken by an Arab e-media committee during its meeting last week in Bahrain will be discussed during the session.
The participants in the session will also tackle the Palestinian issue and the Israeli escalations against Palestinians.
