Egypt to take part in int'l conference on Syria on Friday

An international meeting on Syria will be held here Friday, with 17 countries, including Egypt, taking part.
The meeting at the level of foreign ministers will probe a political solution to the Syrian crisis with the aim to put an end to the suffering of the Syrian people.
It coincides with international efforts to bring the Syrian opposition and government to the negotiating table in order to find a way out.
