The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) announced that 1,374,362 pilgrims arrived by air, land and sea to perform the hajj.
The General Directorate of Passports said that by Monday midnight 1,302,016 pilgrims arrived by air and 58,364 arrived by land and 13,982 by sea.
The Directorate added that nothing alarming had been observed. At the same time the Directorate urged all pilgrims to comply with the relevant instructions for the pilgrimage.
