The Intelligent Traffic Systems Department, Traffic and Roads Agency, Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), announced the opening of a Salik service office in Al Ain, adding to the line-up of other similar offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. “(The) Al Ain office will provide Salik-related services ranging from general enquiries, customer data update and objection to violations reported,” said Maitha bin Adai, CEO of Traffic & Roads Agency. This step, she said, “illustrates our commitment to fulfil the RTA’s vision and continuous endeavour to better satisfy the needs of clientele and muster efforts to win their satisfaction”. “We felt the difficulty experienced by our customers in Al Ain in obtaining Salik services as they are obliged to make the long journey to Abu Dhabi city to reach our nearest Salik services office, hence this office is opened (for the) comfort (of) our valued customers and save their time as well,” she concluded.
