Saudi foreign ministry advises citizens not to travel to Lebanon

The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs has advised Saudi citizens not to travel to Lebanon due to the current unrest there.
In a statement that was aired Monday night, it also called upon Saudi citizens in Lebanon to be vigilant and to contact the Saudi Embassy in Beirut in case of emergency.
Lebanon has been hit by a wave of protests over the government’s inability to resolve the ongoing garbage crisis.
"You Stink" campaign organizers have staged numerous protests, including one that was broken up by police in Beirut.
