Ukrainian ambassador: 59 flights to head for Sharm El Sheikh, Hurghada weekly

Ukrainian Ambassador Hennadii Latii said Egypt is the favorite tourist destination for Ukrainian tourists in North Africa.
In statements to MENA on the fringe of an European Union ceremony held in Cairo on the occasion of celebrating Europe Day, the ambassador said his country would continue sending Ukrainian tourists to Egypt.
He said there are 28 flights coming from five Ukrainian cities to Sharm El Sheikh along with 31 flights heading for Hurghada on weekly bases.
The ambassador also said political consultations were held two weeks ago between the Egyptian and Ukrainian officials to discuss promoting bilateral relations especially in the tourism domain.
