Protesters will use the same slogan which ended Hosni Mubarak's regime for the upcoming march
Cairo - Akram Ali

Protesters will use the same slogan which ended Hosni Mubarak's regime for the upcoming march Eighteen Egyptian activist groups are planning to protest Friday under the slogan "The people want to bring down the regime," - the same slogan used in the 18-protests which ended with the elimination of Hosni Mubarak's regime on February 11 2011.A statement issued by the groups calling for the protest, said they believe the ruling Muslim Brotherhood has no intention to respond to the demands of protesters and vow to continue demonstrating until the group's rule is brought down.
At least 53 people have died in protests in several governorates since demonstrations began last week, in the second anniversary of the Egyptian revolution. Protesters have again taken to the streets against the government to mark the 2011 uprising that overthrew Hosni Mubarak. Many of this week's casualties died during protests in Port Said against a court verdict sentencing 21, mostly local football fans, to death over a rampage following a football match in the coastal city last year.
The National Salvation Front - a major opposition coalition - announced their participation in the Friday demonstrations which will head to the Ettihadiya Presidential Palace in Cairo.
Although Morsi said he gave up leadership positions within the Brotherhood when he took office, opposition activists accuse the Muslim Brotherhood and its Freedom and Justice Party of taking over the government and have likened them to Mubarak's now-dissolved National Democratic Party.
The activist groups statement said Morsi's administration lost its legitimacy "when peaceful protesters' blood was shed under his watch."
The marches planned in the capital and in other governorates will also voice solidarity with Ismailia, Port Said and Suez, where Morsi declared a 30-day state of emergency and a night curfew on Sunday after fierce clashes between protesters and security forces.
The demonstrators are expected to call for early elections and the prosecution of Morsi and top security leaders over recent protester deaths.
The people will not be ruled by a single group that works for its own interests," read the statement.
The designated meeting points in Cairo will be outside Rabaa al-Adaweya Mosque in Nasr City, Nour Mosque in Abbasseya, al-Fateh Mosque in Ramses, and in the districts of Hadayeq al-Qubba, al-Alf Maskan, Ain Shams, and Gesr al-Suez, according to the statement.
