Israel warns citizens from travelling to Arab countries

Jews hold New Year celebrations in the Old City of Jerusalem Israel has issued a warning to all citizens travelling to Morocco following safety concerns after an increase in death threats to Israelis worldwide .
The anti-terrorist committee - which derives from the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu - released a statement with the warning as citizens begin travelling to various Arab countries to mark Jewish New Year.  
This is a norm among many Israeli citizens who tend to go back to their original countries, like Morocco, to visit graves of relatives and to hold the religious celebration, which officially begins September 4.
The Israeli committee presented a report to Netanyahu refraining citizens from visiting countries including Iraq, Sudan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Somalia, Algeria and Mauritania. The report suggests that Israelis \"face imminent danger\" with concerns of their safety, urging those already in these countries to \"leave immediately.\"
Furthermore, the committee warned Israelis against accepting invitations or presents from people they do not know.
Israel\'s call follows a previous Tel Aviv warning in March where citizens were asked to leave all North African states following the disappearance of an Israeli citizen in the region.
