Areas in the towns of Sha’afah, Susah and Hajin and other areas in the eastern banks of the Euphrates River were shelled by the regime forces, using rocket and artillery shells, which injured people and caused the displacement of citizens from their homes towards areas far from shelling.

However, the regime forces shelled the banks of the eastern Euphrates during the past 24 hours, and killed 3 citizens at least and injured others in al-Sha’afah area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published in the last few hours that the military operation are still ongoing west and east of the Euphrates, which also escalated within the past 24 hours.

In the east of the Euphrates River, the SOHR monitored violent fighting between the SDF backed by the international coalition and the Russian warplanes against ISIS, in which the “Al-Jazeera Storm” Operation Forces managed to advance and control a village on the eastern bank of the Euphrates, in conjunction with ongoing and violent clashes in the outskirts of Al-Jarzi Al-Gharbi town and in the towns of Abu Hamam and Al-Kashkia.

Sources revealed that a tension prevails Idlib Province and the Syrian north between the “Syrian Interim Government” and the “National Rescue Government”, after a warning by the last government to the interim government, that its headquarters and offices should be vacated and left within a maximum of 72 hours, while the cautious anticipation prevails the area anticipating the developments of the situation between both of them.

Reliable sources in the Government confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the Government has no relation with Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, on the contrary; it has emerged as a powerful authority within the areas controlled by the factions, despite the presence of the Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham which controls vast portions of Idlib Province.

In the Syrian capital, areas east of Damascus and in its eastern Ghouta were shelled again by the regime forces, within the continued shelling on the area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces targeting using 5 shells for areas in the Jobar neighborhood and other areas at the outskirts of Ein Tarma town, which caused damage material but no information about casualties.

The Syrian Observatory published in the past few hours that a drone belongs to the regime forces targeted areas of fighters of Al-Rahman Corps in Jaber Damascene neighborhood in the eastern outskirts of the capital, injuring 3 fighters.

The SOHR published hours ago that the regime forces resumed shelling after a state of calm prevailed on the fronts of the Eastern Ghouta, its cities and towns, killing and injuring more citizens besieged in the Easter Ghouta, where the SOHR monitored the regime forces targeting Zamalka city, the main stronghold of Al-Rahman Corps in the Eastern Ghouta, killing a citizens and injuring 2 others with different severity, while a man from Harasta died affected by injuries he received in shelling about 72 hours ago on Harasta city, which is controlled by Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic Movement.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a woman from the eastern Ghouta died affected by cancer, where the available medical capabilities were not able to save her, also the medication necessary for treatment could not be provided, in addition to the inability to move her out of the Eastern Ghouta to receive treatment. The woman is from Arbin city.
