South African bombshell Candice Swanepoel will open the show, and other models include Karlie Kloss, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Doutzen Kroes, Erin Heatherton, Lily Aldridge and Lindsey Ellingson. Angels Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Karolina Kurkova will not be joining this year\'s fanfare, due to work commitments elsewhere instead.
