Fendi\'s funky SS13 collection

Models display creations from Fendi's collection Popular brand Fendi hit Milan fashion week showing off a sleek spring/summer 2013 collection with a colour palette of pastels and earthy shades. Fendi director Karl Lagerfeld gave a nod to the sixties with an Audrey Hepburn-style coat and

used the mustard yellows and baby blues of the era.

  
Summer fur and leather dominated the collection. There were also classic looks, such as ivory shirts worn with slim brown leather trousers, tunics and dresses decorated with patterns, cotton or leather fronts, all worn with thick-heeled shoes
"It's an explosion of a traditional fashion house, a big bang explosion," the brand said.

Backstage, Lagerfeld was asked why he is still inspired to do what he does. “I love what I’m doing, that’s the best motivation you can have.”
