The 21-year-old actress arrived at the Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn: Part One UK premiere wearing a pair of black peep-toe stilettos with her elegant Roberto Cavalli dress but this soon changed. As the star made her way up and down the red carpet to greet her fans, she decided to wear a pair of Nike trainers instead. She was also spotted slipping into the sports trainers at the world premiere of Breaking Dawn in Los Angeles on Monday night. Kristen\'s appearance in London surprised fans, as it was previously reported she would be staying in the United States while co-stars Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner took up promotional duties in the UK.
Following months of promotion in the United States and Europe, Breaking Dawn Part 1 goes on general release this week. Some industry insiders have predicted the movie could take as much as $140 million during its opening weekend
